The way of the good productivity

In recent years there has been a growing recognition of the importance of ESG factors in driving sustainable business practices. While ESG encompasses various dimensions, this year EIS 2023 will focus on the social factor (S) in the manufacturing industry.

ESG is a game changer. Is your company ready to navigate the opportunities arising from the S space?
ESG is generally understood as the set of strategies to limit CO2 emissions, however in the Social space (S) there are two extremely relevant strategic lines: 1. the future of the workforce, and 2. the interaction with the territorial ecosystem.

The future of the workforce (primarily blue-collar workers) is linked to the ability to improve industrial competitiveness through the continuous improvement of the so-called GOOD PRODUCTIVITY. The environmental interaction with the territory surrounding the factory is quite evident: where there is a need for skills and services, wealth develops, generating opportunities for individual development and making it possible the achievement of social and economic goals.

Why you should attend?
1. We will explore the levers and the strategies to improve the good productivity.
2. We will connect the good productivity improvement with ESG strategy (a chapter to be included in the sustainability report).
3. We will report the progress of the research project EAWS 2.0 (digital ergonomics)
4. We will discuss with experts the goal and objectives of the international standards dealing with ergonomics.
